[Feature Request] `runserver` when `qcluster`

Maybe this is a naive idea, but it's a little inconvenient to open two terminals, one for python manage.py runserver and another for pythyon manage.py qcluster. If the server automatically runs when pythyon manage.py qcluster, it's more convenient for development. Can you consider to add a arg (named like --with-runserver) to qcluster?
