NBD Unable to Connect

OPL 1.2.0 - 2094 // PFS 1.1.9

I'm unable to connect to the NBD server at all because I receive the following error:

libwnbd.dll!WnbdIoctlCreate ERROR Could not create WNBD disk. Error: 87. Error message: The parameter is incorrect.

Is it because I'm using the APA format of HDD?
