Scrolling with touch pad is far too sensitive, when compared to mouse wheel

Describe the bug When using the scroll function of the touchpad on my Lenovo laptop (two-finger drag on mine) the sensitivity is far higher when compared to a mouse's scroll wheel.

To Reproduce

1. Open the application
2. Scroll with mouse's scroll wheel, adjust for sensitivity
3. Scroll with touch pad
4. Sensitivity is too high.

Expected behavior You should be able to adjust the sensitivity, and it be similar for a mouse wheel and a touchpad.
