Issue with lesson names in the Course index scene

In the course index scene it seems that the lesson names are being cut off by the right end of the lessons list and the scrolling bar.

I suggest implementing an auto-scrolling text on hover feature in order to fix this issue without compensating on the design of the index list and to avoid issues with long lesson names as future proofing
