Tooltip injection in other languages seems a bit "dumb"

Describe the bug When using french translation, the shortcuts to explanation of some concept is taking place in the "middle" of words, i.e cela fonction ne, de fonction nalité. First this has no meaning, indeed in french functions are called fonctions, but the explanation of the function should not be appears here. Also, that breaks the hyphenation, the systems thinks the word is split (in my example, I get "fonction" at the end of a line, and "nalité" at the beginning of another one, either the word should be kept in one, either there should be some dash between the two parts) It sound the code doing the insertion of tooltip is just taking every occurrence, without checking there is either a space/end of line or punctuation.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to M3.3 (in french)
  2. look any occurrence of "fonction" in the text
  3. See problem

I gave this example, but I know it already happened before (3.1, "fonctionne")

Expected behavior The tool tip should only appears when the real word fonction, or fonctions (plural) are used, not in every word having this root (especially since the meaning is different, i.e cela fonctionne means "it works", "fonctionnalité" is a feature, not related to a function in development)
