What kind of change does this PR introduce?

For practice "display-inventory" and "place-units" of lesson-26-looping-over-dictionaries there was no reset function defined, the change introoduce these missing functions.

What is the current behavior?

For practice "display-inventory" and "place-units" of lesson-26-looping-over-dictionaries the "Reset-Button" did not clear the Inventory/Board

What is the new behavior?

The Inventory/Board gets cleared/reseted correctly when "Reset-Button" is pressed.
