Downloading issues

Hello, thank you for you work!

I am trying to download the dataset with the download script, but the download script idle on:

LAYER 0: Attempting to download: mvi_17.zip to ../data/mvi_17.zip

It was successful for the archive up to 17, but download now fail. The link from the form leads to a Microsoft authentication page.

It seems that a similar issue was encountered in #44 and was resolved by updating the download script.
