Invisible Clips support?

Would it be possible to support clips with the "tools/toolsinvisible" texture on it? For example bhop_empty_eyes (position -10958 6044 2416)

It should be possible, and it's something I have planned to do at some point, but I'm currently busy with other stuff and don't have any ETA on when this change would be done.
