[Feature Request] Backup and restore filters

It would be nice to be able to automatically backup and restore filters.

Manual steps:

  1. Backup from account: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/filters
  2. Select all > Export
  3. Restore to account: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#settings/filters
  4. Import filters > Choose File > Open file > Create filters (optionally Apply new filters to existing email).
