Google is changing how secondary calendars are owned which presents some API behavior changes. Let's make sure GAM can report and handle these changes.

Updated gam <UserTypeEntity> info|print|show calendars and gam calendars <CalendarEntity> print|show settings to display the new dataOwner field as described under Additional details below.
