Malformed HTTP Request when authorising oauth scopes

Please confirm the following:
- I have upgraded to the latest GAM release from https://git.io/gamreleases and I still have this issue.
- I am typing the command as described in the GAM Wiki at https://github.com/jay0lee/gam/wiki
Full steps to reproduce the issue:
- Enter menu to authorise oauth scopes
- Don't amend any scopes
- Type "C"
- Go to web address given
- Google returns HTTP 400 error
Expected outcome (what are you trying to do?): Im expecting a prompt to allow the oauth scopes.
Actual outcome (what errors or bad behavior do you see instead?): HTTP 400 error issued by google
There's not much to go on here. Can you show what commands you've run and the exact output you are seeing? What else have you tried?
Without full details I can only take an educated guess that these kind of errors usually come down to your device or network blocking GAM's HTTP requests. Are you seeing any blocked requests on your firewall/proxy from that device?

I was just following this video https://appsevents.com/blog/2020/11/g-suite-enterprise-management-installing-gam-in-google-cloud-shell.html to install GAM and I got stuck at the same point.

The problem turned out to be that the project was created as a Web app, not a Desktop app.
