installation problems

i am trying to run the requirements.txt file using pip3 install and get the following error:

Actually requirements.txt file available in this repository u can clone this to ur local machine and navigate to the path in an terminal and then run pip3 install -r requirements.txt if it shows any compatible error try to loosen the version numbers .
