No pcap files being saved to the PCAP folder

it manages to make a pcap folder but no pcap files are appearing?! im using an m5stackcore2 with 32gb sd. have tried with multiple sd cards. waited for about 1 hr with no result even though i am getting a lot of packets showing up on the lcd screen

It saves only after holding the A button for a long press. Unfortunately it also unmounts the SD card and needs to be rebooted.
