(Minimize to thumbnail) Reinstating the window too quickly will leave a blue preview outline behind

Reproduce:

  1. Activate the Mouse Hover Action "Show Full Size Preview" under the Behavior tab
  2. Use "Minimize to Thumbnail" on a window
  3. Click the Unminimize button before the Full Size Preview is displayed

As shown in the video, unminimizing the window while the Full Size Preview is active works as expected, but doing it too quickly will leave a blue border around the source window. Closing the source window will leave an empty blue border behind until restarting the DE.
