[FEATURE] Add default workspace setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Default Workspace extension is not compatible with V-Shell.

Describe the solution you'd like New row in Overview section under Behavior view with spin button.

Describe alternatives you've considered Handle other extension preferences if it's possible.

Additional context Delay at Startup might fix this but i haven't tried it.
