[FEATURES REQUEST] Add possibilité for user to define a keyboard shortcut as a custom action

HI, This feature request is related to the conclusion of the feature request registered under id #95 of CHC-E,

In order to be able to extend the boundaries of the possibilities of using the CHC-E extension, would it be possible to integrate the possibility for the user to be able to define a keyboard shortcut as a custom ACTION; The user could define an action name or even an icon which would be displayed if the action is part of a custom menu, under the identifier of the custom action, the user could define a keyboard shortcut, and so the action will be recorded, and could be selected as a native action of CHC-E, and could be selectable in the list of actions.
