Minor: Fulscreen toggle mouseover/bubble/tooltip

Thank you for CHCE.

In Settings > the fulscreen button handler toggle, with tooltip "Enable this trigger in fullscreen mode", (at least with my dark GNOME theme) it's unclear when it's on/enabled and when off/disabled.

Please, update the tooltip/mouseover dynamically to reflect what the new value would be when clicked on. That is:

  • "Enable this trigger in fullscreen mode" and
  • "Disable this trigger in fullscreen mode".

Or, even better, to avoid confusion:

  • "Disabled in fullscreen mode. Click to enable." and
  • "Enabled in fullscreen mode. Click to disable."
