Faster Aim UI: Only display selected params/metrics in tables by default

The tables that display runs in each explorer can become really sluggish when there are many columns to display. Instead of displaying all available params and metrics by default, we should display only the ones selected by the user. In all explorers that involve selecting metrics and/or params, we should display the selected ones by default.
