Add ability to shift-select multiple runs in Aim UI

It is currently possible to select multiple runs in the runs explorer of the Aim UI by clicking on each of them manually. We should add the ability for the user to select a range of runs by holding the shift key down and clicking on the beginning and end of the range, like in traditional selection UIs.
