[OIDC] choose off-the-shelf library

I think this man should work properly -> https://github.com/coreos/go-oidc. In theirs example integration with google and also Auth0 provides an example -> https://auth0.com/docs/quickstart/webapp/golang/01-login so it should be enough to integrate/support ODIC flow.
