Global menu bar

Please consider adding a global menu bar for Fyne and non-Fyne applications. It could be made optional. Thank you.

Sounds like a nice idea. Not sure how well the global menu implementation for Gt or GTK+ are, will require a fair bit of investigation to plan an approach.

https://github.com/SeptemberHX/dde-top-panel is an example that shows working global menus for Gtk applications like Firefox, Inkscape, and also for LibreOffice.

I think it is important to make it work for all kinds of applications, including Qt and Gtk ones.
