Add IPFS (Interplanetary File System) protocol to Caniuse

There's a (new) decentralized protocol that's allows immutable and decentralized hosting: IPFS. Also with IPNS you can host websites that don't depend on having a DNS domain or subdomain.

Currently this is natively supported by Brave were you can access pages and files using ipfs:// and ipns:// also recently it has started

I think we can consider that opera has full support for it
