heavy reject share when charging fee from customers on BTC

today I noticed when I enable fee switch for BTC on viabtc pool (same as target mining pool ) miners are experiencing up to 80% of reject shares and when I switch off the fee and restart the system the reject shares are gone.

Do you know what mining model it is?

it is Whatsminer m3 there are 5 BTC miners in same room and same network. the other miners like ant miner s9 and s11 are ok. just m3s are rejecting. this is the screen shot of the workers section

This is probably because the Whatsminer m3 does not support the ‘SetExnoce‘ method. We will fix this bug. But the best way is if you connect the miner to our test server. You need to provide the address of the mining pool and then we'll give you the test server address

stratum+tcp://bitcoin.viabtc.io:3333
