Alarm is not reliable

Describe the bug The alarm does not sound reliably. Sometimes it starts at a different time or when I unlock only. It does not sound or show on the screen when my phone is locked.

Expected behavior It should behave as the built in alarm. Starting when the time is met, waking up the screen and showing the alarm (maybe med redacted).

Smartphone:

• Device: Xiaomi Mi 8
• Android version: 10

Some questions here:

• Do you mean the actual alarm functionality (setting the medicine priority to "High+Alarm") or do you mean plain notifications?
• Have you tried enabling "exact reminders" in the settings menu?
