Missing referencing

It is currently not possible to change the medication name or color because previously recorded medications are not updated.

References should be used here so that adjustments can be made at any time.

The workaround via export/import is time-consuming.

This was an intentional design decision to reduce complexity. Reminder event entries in the database are self-contained and do not have any dependencies to the active list of medication and reminders. I understand that this might result in issues, but I considered these minor enough to justify the decision. I will re-label the issue as "enhancement" and wait for further feedback on the issue.
