One click logging

Recently with the last update the log screen has been altered. The new one is like on this screen shot from the first github site: https://github.com/Futsch1/medTimer/blob/main/fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/images/phoneScreenshots/1.png

For me it is now not very intuitive that the round things on the left are actualy buttons. After taping on them i have seen that they then invoke a taken or skipped button. i sugest, that instead of this one button and then two button, the GUI is altered in such a way, that it will show Taken and skipped buttons instead. So instead of a 3-button/2-step process that is now, i sugest a 1-step/2-buttons, with adding two buttons instead of one.
