Duplicate notification during update

Describe the bug When a notification is active and the app is updated, the active notification is re-raised. For the user, this looks like a duplicate notification.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have an active notification
2. Update the app
3. Notification appears a second time

Expected behavior No duplicate notifications

This doesn't just raise another notification, inside the app there is another duplicated entry. I hadn't figured out why it was happening but this makes sense. I'll confirm tomorrow
