New inputbox for german PZN

Please create a new inputbox for the german "PZN" (pharma central number).

My idea, a scanbox to scan the pzn, that the medical product can refound instantly.

Hm, I'm struggling a bit to add a feature for one country only, while the app is used all over the world.

But maybe elaborate a little more what is your idea: You would want to combine this with a scanner of the QR code/barcode of the medicine? And how do you imagine "finding it again" later?

@benterboy could this be solved by #626? I.e. just an extra field to add additional information for each med (if/where needed).
