Restore window position and size

When re-opening ImageSieve, the window position and size should be restored.

This can be implemented as soon as sixtyfps implements https://github.com/sixtyfpsui/sixtyfps/issues/323.

When this is implemented, the size of cached images should be taken from the windows size (this replaces the previously dropped implementation of getting the size from the screen size).
