Delete fusionauth.trust.* cookies when calling /oauth2/logout

What happened?

When /oauth2/logout is called directly or indirectly through /app/logout, delete the fusionauth.trust.* cookies that are used for MFA.

If I want to fully logout and kill ALL sessions, as a user, including MFA, delete the fusionauth.trust.* cookies.
