[Bug]: Creating multiple Google Identity Providers and assigning them all to the same application doesn't display them on the login page

What happened?

To replicate:

• create 3 Google identity providers
• enable them all for the same application
• visit the application's hosted login page to try to log in

Expected:

• see three google buttons on the login page

Reality:

• see one button. not sure how it is picked.
