[Bug]: Null state in IdP view window for an inactive application

What happened?

1. Make an application
2. Make an IdP, preferrably a SAML IdP initiated (tested with SAML IDP init)
3. Enable application from step one on the IdP created from step 2
4. Disable application (make inactive)
5. Navigate to settings > identity providers
6. Click on the view button
7. See an error under the SAML configuration view dialog

It sounds like this only affects the FusionAuth Admin UI when viewing an IdP configuration that has a configuration for a disabled application?
