Show membership of a group when editing/viewing a group

Problem

To see if a group has any members, you need to filter the user list by the given group. With a membership list on the edit/view group page we could easily see if the group has any members / in use.

Solution

Show a list of group members when editing a group, allowing for adding/removal of members aswell. Show a list of group members when viewing a group.

Thanks for the suggestion, @runely . Right now we don't have admin UI work in the near term roadmap, but when we do we can review this.
