Updates to self-service session management

Description

Enhance the self-service account session management to make it simpler to revoke the self-service user session.

• [ ] Make self-service cookie multi-tenant-able
• [ ] Automatically logout of of self-service when logging out of SSO (/oauth2/logout) - Attempt to delete cookie - Optionally add URL to the list of logout URLs when using single-logout
• [ ] Add the self-service logout URL to the application view dialog under OAuth2 integration URLs
