Customize the TOTP QR Code to allow setting of the name

Problem

When I use a FusionAuth generated QR code for my TOTP MFA, the description of the entry added to my authenticator app appears to be the issuer value of the tenant (though I haven't tested this rigorously).

Solution

I'd like to be able to customize this on a per tenant basis without changing the issuer value.

I would like to see this implemented as well. When deploying MFA for my application, the QR code name was the primary negative feedback I received. I'm hoping this is a quick/easy update.

I have added my vote! We use an issuer that securely identifies our tenants, but it's not very friendly for end users - not least because a standards compliant issuer starts https://.... It would be great if there was an override, even if it's just a data key or something.

Internal: 74450 was another request for this.
