Review new Login Events added in 1.30.0 for use in other Login APIs

Description

A few of the new login events may need to be sent during different Login APIs. Such as:

  • UserLoginNewDeviceEvent
  • UserLoginSuspiciousEvent

We need to review and API that takes an API request that extends BaseLoginRequest to review when and if we should be sending these new events.
