Have you tried to use libui-ng + crystal on windows again?

Perhaps crystal libui would work now. It would be an interesting alternative for quick prototyping. And libui-ng added a few small improvements and fixes so...

Or perhaps someone else could make a fork and just bring the libui bindings for crystal up to date? Last activity here was ~2 years ago, but andlabs in libui was also quite inactive, which was one reason for libui-ng to be created.
