Requesting Forge Port of Portal Cubed

Dear Devs,

I have been a fan of Portal and Portal 2 for quite a long time, and also play lots of Minecraft, and this mod seems like the perfect mod for me to use to enjoy the portalling in Minecraft. However unfortunately there is another mod I really like (Cracker's Wither Storm Mod) which is for Forge only. I wanted to ask if it's possible to make a Forge port of this mod? Because I'd really love to try it out!
