1.12.2 Scroll bar resetting

I've captured a weird bug that denies people to choose reward between items in the list. The only thing I've found about it is that it's because of RF powered tools. But this has been fixed already, hasn't it?

Enabling or disabling either Smooth Lighting, VSync or VBOs is not fixing it.

One other thing: Are there any limits for maximum number of choice rewards?
