Improving quest logic

Hello. I would like to ask you how to make this quest logic, or if it’s impossible, to ask you to make it possible in a mod update (versions 1.7.10 and later). This is a quest scheme concept. Arrows are new branch beginnings. How to make the logic that makes all skipped blue quests inactive when a yellow quest becomes active, and return blue quests to active when a yellow one is completed. And how to make all skipped blue quests unavailable anymore and hidden when a red quest is completed?
