Repository missing code changes for latest release

Please push the changes made to create the 3.5.329 jar to GitHub so we can build the latest release from source. This is unrelated to the drama from a few months ago but rather so I can distribute a patched jar to my developer team that incorporates #704, which we rely on to prevent 10,000-line diffs from trivial edits with the in-game editor.

The latest release of BetterQuesting indicates that in addition to the removal of anti-tamper code, another change was made: Added chapter designer shortcut. Comparing decompiled classes shows that changes were made to files like GuiQuestLines.java.

The repository as it appears on GitHub currently generates a jar versioned 3.5.327 and does not include the chapter designer shortcut change. While a sources jar is published on CurseForge, it uses obfuscated bindings.
