Sanitarium

I tested Sanitarium which is listed as supported game. Unfortunately, there are black artifacts under the cursor and some other objects in the game - see attached screenshot. I tired numerous option in the draw.ini file but no luck to fix it.

Game works with other wrapper - DDraw Compat 0.5.4
