Infantry Online Crashing on Zone Entry

Infantry Online crashing on "Downloading Zone Info" after about 1 second. Behavior doesn't exist with cnc-ddraw runtimes renamed in folder (though still not working game client but no crash). Attached are logs, no .dmp file present.
