[ENHANCEMENT] Implement character's variations

Description
Adds a new dropdown to the character selection menu in the chart editor for selecting character variations. (EVERYTHING WORKS AUTOMATICALLY, but you can also prevent characters from being automatically added as variations, like with pico-speaker).
Autimaticly converts characters as "variations" for another character.
Rules:
- Character file
bf-car.jsonwith NOvariationForin JSON: Auto-detects as variation "Car" of "bf" - Character file
bf-car.jsonwith "variationFor": "bf" in JSON: Uses the explicitly defined variation - Character file
bf-car.jsonwith "variationFor": "None" (or any other non-existent character's id) in JSON: Skips auto-detection, character is NOT marked as a variation The hyphen in the filename is ignored - Character file spooky.json (no hyphen): Works as normal, no auto-detection attempted

Yes! because you came up with the most working solution for how to display the variation selection (and because if you click the dropdown outside the character selection window, it will close... haxeui)
They should also give pico's christmas variation similar offsets so it can be used in place of the regular one
