Enhancement: add a hint on the bottom right side of freeplay that tells you the key to press for character select

The game does display a hint at the top of the screen when you first unlock Pico, so I don't think this is necessary.

It's supposed to display the TAB prompt at the top center (does it not display it there all the time?).

Nope, it only displays when a character is unlocked

It should probably display if you OWN more than one character, rather than only if you have a new character.
