Enhancement: Add the hotkeys for placing simple camera follow events ( "." and "," for player and opponent) to the hotkeys guide.

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

These are actually super useful hotkeys and save a bunch of time, but how is anyone supposed to learn about them except by chance?? They should be in the guide.

Another idea I had was to also let people set custom bindings for these keys, maybe the "/" ";" and " ' " keys could be included in this roster for a total of 5 keys. I know there are some songs where cause of the camera on that character you want to generally offset the camera by some amount, custom bindings could help with that plus it could help with single use events you're using a lot in a song like playing a hey! animation or doing a single camera bop if that gets added. I might flesh this idea out into like a hot-bar quick access for both events and notes type menu a-la Mario Maker in a separate issue, but simple custom event keys binds on their own could already be super useful.
