Bug Report: Notes rapidly teleport between two locations when dragged in Chart Editor
Describe the bug
I was charting a song, and I attempted to drag an up note with a small trail over a section to one space above it. Upon dragging it, the tail stayed in place like normal but the head of the note disappeared entirely, and when I let go the note dropped in the right column on the same row as it was initially instead of the intended space of one row above where it was it the up column.
To Reproduce
I have NO CLUE what caused it and haven't been able to get it to happen again unfortunately.
Expected behavior
expected to see the note while moving it and for it to appear in one spot, it didn't do that.

It's like a super minor bug and not rlly an issue but I thought I'd point it out anyways lmao.

Dude wtf you go through so much effort to reproduce bugs and are so helpful on this github they legit need to give you perms and throw you some coin or something hats off.
I think dragging and dropping of notes is precise as of 0.5.1 (and that weird bug from my video doesn't seem to happen anymore) I'd consider this resolved!

What How I need to know how to replicate this
On everything just fuck around in chart editor for a long ass time it just does it sometimes I don't even have an inkling as to what causes it ;-;
I've experienced this issue a few times over the chart editor PRs I've created, but I haven't been interested enough in pinpointing where the issue occurs and to fix it yet.
