Enhancement: Windows Signed Exe

What is it?

The funkin.exe executable is not signed, which is a bit of an issue.

Why sign it?

Some people have software that don't run certain programs if they aren't signed Some people are horribly afraid of malware, and are scared of that "Windows protected your PC" popup. (me)

How?

Lime does in fact have this feature, but it's exclusive for UWP apps on Windows
