Describe the bug

Tankman's winning/neutral icon on the healthbar is missing a single pixel. Its been that way since week 7 came out and its been killing me ever since

To Reproduce

Play a tankman song and look at the sprite. It's more noticeable when the icon is above the sand.

Expected behavior

It should not be missing the pixel
