Bug Report: While Tankman is in Ugh animation, his other animations won't play until the Ugh animation ends

While Tankman is in Ugh animation, his other animations won't play until the Ugh animation ends, so it makes it look like Tankman is singing while still in his Ugh animation. I made a video that shows exactly what I mean: (Pay close attention to Tankman's animation and the audio)
